The iTero scanner reads your teeth with a small wand and builds a three-dimensional model on screen in a few minutes. Nothing sets in your mouth, nothing has to be poured, and nothing has to be redone because the tray moved.

That same scan drives crowns, aligners, night guards and smile design — which means one visit can start several different treatments.

HOW WE USE IT

From scan to
finished tooth

Scan

Digital impressions with the scanner, plus whatever imaging the case calls for, all captured in the first appointment. Nothing has to be poured, shipped or retaken because a tray moved.

Plan

The restoration, aligner sequence or surgical guide is designed on screen and shown to you before anything is made. You see the proposed shape and position while it can still be changed.

Produce

Most cases are milled or printed here in the office rather than sent to an outside lab, which removes the week of waiting and the temporary that usually comes with it.

Verify

At delivery the bite is measured digitally in milliseconds rather than adjusted by feel, so contacts are even before you leave and fewer patients come back for a comfort adjustment.

The equipment does not make the diagnosis. It just means we are looking at a measurement instead of an opinion, and that you get to look at it too.
