Our office sits on the ground-floor side of the building. Most patients park, walk in and are checked in within a minute of arriving.

Free ground-floor parking directly outside the building on Cinema Drive — no structure, no permit, no meter.

Under five minutes from the freeway, beside Valencia Town Center, with the turn onto Cinema Drive signposted.

Accessibility
Step-free entry from the parking lot and lift access to our office. Tell us in advance and we will meet you at the door.
DENTAL EMERGENCIES
Call, do not wait it out
Pain, swelling, a broken tooth or a lost crown is seen as quickly as the schedule allows during office hours. Call the front desk and describe what happened — we will tell you whether to come in now or later that day.
If you have a knocked-out adult tooth, keep it moist and call immediately. Time matters more than anything else.
